Sales demonstrate that Belly Pork is fast growing in popularity, no doubt due to the guaranteed tenderness and flavour, that is often enhanced by accompaniments like compote of apple and potato wedges, rhubarb jus with mashed potato, or try it with a horseradish and mashed potato mix
We can now supply a pre-cooked 250gr portion, only taking four or five minutes to re-heat in the restaurant . Other portion sizes can be supplied if desired.
The product is supplied Frozen, and is available to the Food Service Sector, with 20 pieces all in individual vacuum pouches, to the outer case with 108 cases to the pallet.
Minimum order is 1 pallet.
