550gr min wt pack consisting of a ladder rack of BEEF, cooked and marinated in its own stock that creates a truly succulent and tender meat course, that can be re-heated within 4 minutes in a microwave - ready for the plate.
The ribs can be accompanied with a variety of vegetable or salad to suit the genre of the restaurant.
The product is available FROZEN and supplied in minimum pallet quantities of 108 cases with 20 packs.
